The Arbitration Board stopped operating at the end of November 2020. Following the entry into force of the provision on open internet (Telecommunications Act, Article 12e), the Swiss Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM) is responsible for net neutrality issues as the supervisory authority under telecommunications law.

 

Welcome to the Network Neutrality Arbitration Board  

 

The arbitration board mediates in disputes between the network operators' customers and network operators that relate to the network neutrality. The arbitration board was founded to provide consumers with a way to report breaches of the "Code of conduct network neutrality" signed by the network operators. A process is initiated when a request for arbitration is submitted.
